These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the OneMedPulse mobile application (the “App”), operated by NestOne Group Private Limited (“NestOne”, “we”, “us”) under the OneMedPro brand. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. About the service

OneMedPulse is an educational exam-preparation application offering practice questions, mock tests, and performance analytics for medical-entrance examinations. Content is provided for study and self-assessment purposes only.

No official affiliation. OneMedPulse is an independent preparation tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Testing Agency (NTA), the National Board of Examinations (NBE), or any official examination or governmental authority. References to “NEET” or any examination are used only to describe the subject matter of our preparation content. Past examination questions, where included, are used for educational and practice purposes.

2. Eligibility and minors

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use the App. If you are under 18, you may use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information and for maintaining the security of your account, including your email, mobile number, and any one-time passwords. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account.

4. Licence and acceptable use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own exam preparation. You agree not to:

copy, scrape, harvest, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the question bank, explanations, or any content;
reverse-engineer, tamper with, or attempt to bypass the App’s security, grading, or access controls;
use automated means to extract data or create derivative databases;
upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or use the App for any unlawful purpose;
impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.

5. Intellectual property

The App, its design, software, question sets, explanations, and all related content (excluding third-party or official examination material used descriptively) are owned by NestOne Group Private Limited or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6. Accuracy and no guarantee of results

We work to keep content accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that the content is error-free or complete, and it is not a substitute for official syllabi, notifications, or sources. The App is a preparation aid only; we do not guarantee any examination result, score, rank, admission, or outcome. Your performance depends on many factors beyond the App.

7. Subscriptions and payments

Some features may be offered free and others as paid plans. Where purchases are available, they are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their respective terms, and any billing, renewal, and refund handling is subject to those platforms’ policies. We will clearly indicate the price and terms of any paid plan before purchase.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, or where required to protect the App or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NestOne and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NestOne Group Private Limited from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the App or your breach of these Terms.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the App or by email. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the App.
